Iman: Downtown Phoenix
Oh Iman! You want to talk about gorgeous girl?! Both in person and in front of the camera. Iman wanted a cityscape for her senior session so we met in downtown phoenix and went exploring a little bit. We settled between a parking structure and Heritage Square Park. I learned during our session that she had done some modeling previously which explains her natural demeanor in front of the camera. Her mom and dad cam along for her session to support their baby. Her parents were super sweet and kept me laughing the entire session Iman was such a sweet girl and I have contacted her randomly to check and in and to schedule other sessions because she was so fun to work with!
Bre Sister Session
Words cannot truly express how much I love this girl, well I guess young lady. She continues to amaze me at all the things she accomplishes. Aside from being an awesome person and friend, she has become one of my favorite clients. The relationship she has not only with friends that are like her family, but with her sisters is inspiring. One of her biggest motivators are those sweet girls that look up to her! This is the second or third time we have done a sister session and I love it each time, because I love seeing how all the girls have changed!
Ealona Senior Session
Ealona was a 2016 Senior from Ironwood whose senior session is getting posted a little late . She is actually the cousin of Segen whose session I did previously in the year. I loved doing Ealona's session as she absolutely beautiful inside and out. She rocked her session, as a photographer, she was so easy to work with! I know that Ealona worked incredibly hard during her time at Ironwood to be successful. I have no doubt that she will continue to strive for greatness in the next stage of her life.

Lia's Flagstaff Senior Session
Tuesday, September 20, 2016
Lia is the second oldest child of a close family friend. Her dad is my brothers best friend and who I refer to as my other big brother ( the one that is more helpful)! Lia graduated high school back in May, and it took a little while but we have successfully completed her senior pictures!!! She went from graduating high school to attending a summer school session at Northern Arizona University for a few weeks. The weekend she was supposed to move into NAU for her Freshmen year we planned to do pictures but then the heavens opened up and a down pour of rain fell!! We had to reschedule for the following weekend. I have never really been to Flagstaff, this was my first experience at NAU. It was strange to see all the green and trees around, but also beautiful to take in. The temps were wonderful and we did fight a little bit of wind, I was able to do most of her session on NAU's campus and then we did a few shots downtown. Lia is not only beautiful on the outside but has a glowing personality and heart. She will be successful in whatever area she chooses to study. She is loving her time at NAU and I was glad that I got to capture this special time for her!
Congratulations Lia!!
Blanca, Omar, & Baby #2
I had the privilege of photographing Blanca, Omar and their beautiful daughter last year for a fun family session. I was thrilled to meet up with them again to do another session, highlighting their practically here, almost newest addition! They are a expecting a beautiful baby boy in August! The end of July, in the Arizona summer heat, we traveled to Thunderbird Mountain for their Maternity/ Family Session.
Whitney & Derrick Say I Do
On June 4, 2016 my husband and I had the privilege of flying to Texas to witness his sister Whitney marry her best friend Derrick. Now, I am completely bias and totally love everything about my own wedding, but my new sister's wedding totally competes!! Officially I was there as family to watch a beautiful outward expression of love between a wonderful couple, unofficially I was taking pictures. Weddings are not my specialty by any means but the one thing I love doing in regards to them is photographing the details!!! I think they are so important, it's what truly personalizes a wedding. So prior to the wedding ceremony I ran around with my camera snapping all that I could. Whitney is truly one of a kind! She has a big personality and a loving outrageously kind heart to match. Not only does she treat friends like family and will do anything for them, but her own family is royalty to her...especially her niece and nephew. Those two babies have rocked her world in a way she can't begin to imagine! Derrick, definitely completes Whitney. He is relaxed and easy going. He likes to think things through and prides himself on working hard and taking care of the people he loves most. I haven't gotten to spend as much time with my sister as I would like, but even from my husband (her brother), he tells me that Derrick has changed her in the most positive ways, and that is truly a blessing! The two got married on June 4th at Butler's Courtyard, and I was grateful to have been invited to such a beautiful day.
